Broken Bow, Oklahoma is now home to Riley’s, a gravel and dirt driveway repair business after entrepreneur Harold Riley met with Steve Dollarhide at Kiamichi Technology Center for assistance and Dollarhide suggested Riley contact REI Oklahoma.
REI Oklahoma utilized their lending programs to provide funding for equipment, machinery, working capital and other business essentials. “We are always pleased to help entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of becoming a small business owner,” Susan Bates, REI Sr. Loan Officer said. “And, it’s especially rewarding when we can partner with local banks, Kiamichi Tech Centers and people like Steve Dollarhide who have a real heart for the success of small businesses.”
Riley utilizes a multi-terrain skid loader with a number of attachments for gravel work and the driveway repair is performed with a four-in-one-bucket. Land clearing and cleanup is also provided and handled with a root/brush grapple and brush utter/mower.
“This is just such a good example of what can happen when we partner and share resources,” Dollarhide said. “It is also evidence that business financing is accessible for start-ups as well as the advanced or expanding business and REI Oklahoma has lending products for businesses at any stage.”
REI Oklahoma is celebrating 30 years of economic development providing business financing, homebuyer assistance services, a Women’s Business Center and Native American Resource Center.
