Loan Closer
REI Oklahoma Business Lending works closely with lenders statewide to help businesses and entrepreneurs navigate through business resources and REI Business Lending Programs.
We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Loan Closer to join our Business Lending team. The Loan Closer is responsible for providing support to the loan officers in the operations of loan origination.

Responsibilities
- Analyze loan financial condition and credit worthiness of borrowers.
- Work with borrowers and lenders to gather necessary documents for loan review process.
- Maintain contact with the loan client, participating lender, and REI’s attorney obtaining all necessary information to prepare loan closing documents.
- Preparation of closing documents for in-house loans, coordinating the closing date, time and location with borrowers and loan officers, and posting all disbursements in the proper tracking system.
- Recording necessary documents; follow-up and tracking of outstanding post-closing documents.
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management.
Travel
This position may require frequent travel to locations such as client sites, company offices or conferences based on business needs.
Education/Experience
BA in Finance, Business, Accounting or 5 years’ experience in field. NADCO training required within the first year.

Business Resources Assistant
Location: Oklahoma City Office
As a Business Resources Assistant at REI Oklahoma, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential administrative and client support. Serving as one of the first points of contact for clients and customers, this position is responsible for ensuring effective communication, timely responses, and seamless coordination of administrative duties to support the team’s operations. Additionally, the Business Resources Assistant will be responsible for facilitating training sessions as needed and attending partner or networking events to represent the organization and strengthen business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients and customers, ensuring they receive a welcoming and professional introduction to REI Oklahoma’s services.
- Review incoming intake forms to identify client needs; if unclear, contact the client via email or phone to gather additional information.
- Facilitate the resolution of client needs by either providing appropriate resources or directing them to team members for detailed one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Ensure all client and customer interactions are logged promptly and accurately into Salesforce with as much data as possible.
- Facilitate client certification processes, such as SAM.gov registrations, WOSB certifications, and other related requirements, to help clients successfully complete these processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and program data using Nexus and other software within the division.
- This position may require occasional in and out of state travel to locations such as client meetings, company offices, or conferences based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of business operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/data tracking systems such as Salesforce and Nexus.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable attending networking or partner events and engaging with external stakeholders.
- High School Diploma and 3-5 years work experience in an office environment.
